Youth Camp
Now in our 15th Year

Honored, proud and humbled to have been host to youth from around the world
.

Spend a week learning all about American Quarter Horses, learn how to ride, groom, exercise and show
American Quarter Horses in the arena! Reining, Barrel Racing, Western Pleasure, Roping, and much more.
Horse shows at the end of every week, with ribbons and prizes!
Swim, hike, fish and starting this year take some nature walks and try to spot the
American Bald Eagles at Spencer Lake Wildlife Preserve

In addition we will be taking a day trip to Letha House Park
to hike the trail down to the stream and have a picnic.

Come have fun and learn about American Heritage at the same time.
Ages 6 and up
Monday through Friday
10am to 3pm

Dates for Summer 2010:
June 14th -18th      *July 19th - 23rd     July 26th - 30th

* The week of July 19th - 23rd we will have an  Overnight Camp Out  from Thursday-Friday

For this year, 2010....
GIRLS ONLY
ages 8 and up
Unfortunately Maximum 10 girls
Some things to bring
sleeping bag, change of clothes, toiletries,  etc.
Dinner, Breakfast and Friday lunch will be provided
More information will be made available to parents signing their child up

NOTE: You do not have to sign your child up to stay overnight,
you can pick them up at the regular scheduled pick up time!
In other words if you wish to come that week but do not
want your child to spend the night that is perfectly fine.
                                 Things To Bring
Swimwear/sunblock
Jeans to ride horses in and hard shoes (cowboy boots)
Lunch and snacks (we have water only)
Any medications you have to take
A smile on your face
Your best attitude
We provide everything else, riding helmets etc.
